In most cases, this does not mean there’s an issue with your order.
Why tracking may not update immediately
Tracking updates depend on when the courier scans your parcel. Common reasons for delays include:
- The parcel is in transit but hasn’t received its first scan yet
- Courier systems may take 12–48 hours to show movement
- Parcels can move between facilities without intermediate scans
- Delays during peak periods (Christmas, Mother’s Day, sales)
- Customised orders where sometime the tracking number is generated during the making of your order
What to do next
- If your order has just been dispatched, please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates
- Try checking the tracking link again later — updates often appear all at once
- If your tracking hasn’t updated after 5 business days, please contact us so we can look into it for you
Important to know
- Your parcel may still be moving even if tracking looks inactive
- Delivery timeframes are counted from dispatch, not order date
- Public holidays and weekends can slow scanning updates
