How do I track my order?

You’ll just need:

  • Your order number, and
  • The email address used at checkout

When will my tracking update?

Once your order has been shipped, tracking details are sent to you by email.

Please note:

  • Tracking may take up to 48hours to show updates after dispatch
  • This delay is normal while the courier scans the parcel into their system
  • During peak periods (such as Christmas or Mother’s Day), updates may take slightly longer

My tracking hasn’t updated yet — should I be worried?

Not at all. In most cases:

  • Your order is already on its way
  • The courier hasn’t completed the first scan yet

Tracking will automatically update once the parcel is scanned.


What if something looks wrong?

If:

  • Your tracking hasn’t updated after 48 hours, or
  • Your order appears significantly delayed
