When will my tracking update?
Once your order has been shipped, tracking details are sent to you by email.
Please note:
- Tracking may take up to 48hours to show updates after dispatch
- This delay is normal while the courier scans the parcel into their system
- During peak periods (such as Christmas or Mother’s Day), updates may take slightly longer
My tracking hasn’t updated yet — should I be worried?
Not at all. In most cases:
- Your order is already on its way
- The courier hasn’t completed the first scan yet
Tracking will automatically update once the parcel is scanned.
What if something looks wrong?
If:
- Your tracking hasn’t updated after 48 hours, or
- Your order appears significantly delayed
