If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you can’t locate your parcel, there are a few important things to check first.
Please check the following
In many cases, parcels are delivered safely but not immediately visible:
- Check around your property (front door, side gate, mailbox, or a safe place)
- Ask household members if they’ve brought the parcel inside
- Check with neighbours or building management (for apartments)
- Allow a few hours — some carriers mark parcels as delivered slightly early
What to do if you still can’t find it
If the parcel is still missing after checking the above:
- Please wait 24 hours after the delivery scan (parcels sometimes turn up later)
- If it hasn’t arrived after 24 hours,contact Auspost -> https://auspost.com.au/help-and-support?group=deliveredparcel

Once you reach out, auspost can:
- Lodge an investigation
- Confirm delivery details and GPS scans (where available)
