Why can’t custom orders be cancelled once made?

How custom orders are made

Once your order is placed:

  • Your custom message is prepared and queued for production
  • Materials are allocated specifically to your order
  • The item is assembled and quality-checked just for you

Because of this, custom orders begin processing very quickly.

Why cancellations aren’t possible once production starts

Once production has begun:

  • The item cannot be resold or repurposed
  • Materials and labour have already been committed
  • Cancelling at this stage would result in the item being wasted

For these reasons, we’re unable to cancel or refund custom orders once they’ve entered production.

What if I contact you very quickly?

If you realise you need to make a change immediately after placing your order, please reach out as soon as possible.
While we’ll always do our best to help, changes or cancellations cannot be guaranteed once processing has started.
