**If your order has not yet entered production**
In some cases, we may be able to update your custom message **if you contact us as soon as possible** after placing your order.
Please reach out immediately with:
* Your **order number**
* The **updated custom message**
We’ll do our best to help, but changes cannot be guaranteed once production is scheduled.
### **If your order is already in production**
Once a custom order has entered production:
* The customisation on the jewellery piece **cannot be changed**
* This is because personalised items are made specifically for you and cannot be altered once prepared
### **Important to know**
* Custom orders are processed quickly to avoid delays
* For this reason, changes must be requested **as early as possible**
* We are unable to remake custom items due to message changes once production begins, however we can make a secondry item at cost price if you wish to make a change.
