Can I customise a message card?

When custom message cards ARE available

We may be able to offer custom message cards during non-peak periods, subject to availability.

If you’d like to request a custom message card outside peak periods:

  • Please contact our support team before placing your order
  • Include the message you’d like printed
  • We’ll confirm whether we’re able to accommodate your request

Custom message cards are not guaranteed and depend on current production capacity. Please also note if customised cards are available, it will take additional 3-5 business days to make.

When custom message cards are NOT available (Peak Periods)

Due to extremely high order volumes, we are unable to offer custom message cards during peak periods.
Our peak periods are:

  • 28 January – 13 February
  • 1 April – 10 May
  • 1 November – 23 December

During these times, only our pre-written message cards are available.

This helps us:

  • Maintain quality
  • Avoid production delays
  • Ensure all orders are shipped on time

Why we have this policy

Custom message cards require additional manual handling. During peak periods, limiting customisation allows us to:

  • Process orders faster
  • Reduce errors
  • Deliver gifts on time for important occasions
