Everyday care tips
To keep your jewellery looking its best:
- Remove jewellery before showering, swimming, or exercising
- Avoid contact with perfumes, lotions, oils, and chemicals
- Put jewellery on after applying beauty products
- Wipe gently with a soft, dry cloth after wearing
Storing your jewellery
- Store jewellery in a dry, cool place
- Keep pieces separate to avoid scratching
- Use the original jewellery pouch or box when possible
Material-specific care
Depending on the material, extra care may be needed:
- Stainless steel & gold-plated stainless steel: Durable but should still be kept dry and clean
- Brass: May naturally oxidise over time β regular gentle cleaning helps maintain shine
- Sterling silver & Vermeil: May tarnish over time; storing in an airtight bag can help slow this process
What to avoid
- Water exposure (including pools and saltwater)
- Harsh cleaning products
- Excessive bending or force when adjusting jewellery
Important notes
- Normal wear and tear is expected over time
- Damage caused by improper care may not be eligible for replacement or refund
