Custom Order Processing Time
- Custom or personalised orders: Usually processed within 3–7 business days
This includes the time needed to carefully prepare, assemble, and quality-check your personalised item.
Step 1: receive your order and check if the information is correct, sometimes our support staff will reach out if something looks off and needs confirmation, this could delay the making process
Step 2: Gather materials for the jewellery piece
Step 3: Customisation is done manually
Step 4: Quality Check
Step 5: Fulfillment team packs the order
Step 6: Dispatch
Shipping After Processing
Once your custom order is complete:
- It will be dispatched as soon as possible
- You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking link
- Delivery timeframes begin after dispatch, not from the order date
Important Things to Know
- Custom orders cannot be expedited once production has begun
- Changes or cancellations may not be possible after processing starts
- During peak periods (Christmas, Mother’s Day, major sales), processing times may be slightly longer
