Processing Times
Processing time refers to how long it takes for us to prepare your order before it’s shipped.
- Standard (non-custom) orders: Usually processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days
- Custom or personalised orders: Require extra care and are usually processed within 5-10Â business days
Please note: during busy periods (such as Christmas, Mother’s Day, or major sales), processing times may be slightly longer, so watch out for any emails from us for any potential delays.
Once Your Order Ships
As soon as your order is dispatched:
- You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email
- Your tracking number will be included
- Tracking may take a few hours to show updates after dispatch
Australian Delivery Estimates (After Dispatch)
- Metro areas: 2–5 business days
- Regional / rural areas: 4–8 business days
Delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or peak periods.
Important Notes
- Business days do not include weekends or public holidays
- Custom orders cannot be expedited once in production
- Tracking updates depend on the carrier’s scanning process
