When will my refund be processed?

Refund Processing Time

• Approved refunds are processed within a week by our team, usually upon receiving the return parcel. Please note during peak season returns maybe checked once every fortnight instead of every week. 
• After processing, it may take 5-7 business days for the funds to appear in your account

If you returned an item

If your refund requires a return:

• Refunds are processed after the returned item has been received and inspected
• You’ll be notified once the refund has been issued

What to do if you don’t see your refund yet

If it’s been longer than expected:

1. Check your bank or payment provider
2. Allow the full processing window to pass
3. Contact our support team if the refund still hasn’t appeared
