- This includes items with custom messages, names, or personal details
Because these items are made uniquely for each customer, they cannot be resold or reused.
If there is an issue with your personalised item
If your personalised order arrives:
- Faulty
- Damaged
- Incorrect (for example, the wrong message or item)
Please contact our support team as soon as possible with:
- Your order number
- A clear photo of the issue
We’ll review the situation and work with you to find a suitable resolution.

- We are unable to accept returns for spelling or wording errors entered at checkout
