Faulty or incorrect sale items
If a sale item arrives:
- Faulty
- Damaged
- Incorrect
Please contact our support team as soon as possible with:
- Your order number
- A clear photo of the issue
We’ll review the issue and arrange a replacement or appropriate resolution where applicable.
Important to know
- Sale items are final unless there is a fault or error
- Refund eligibility is assessed on a case-by-case basis
- Discounted pricing does not affect your rights if an item is faulty
