Our ring sizing

• All Ellie Grace rings are adjustable
• Designed to comfortably fit ring sizes 6–11
• This makes them suitable for most adult fingers

Fidget ring sizing (important)

Our fidget rings are adjustable and best suited for:

• Finger diameters approximately 16.5mm – 20.5mm
• This generally covers US ring sizes 6 to 11

Because the ring is adjustable, it can be gently tightened or loosened to achieve a comfortable fit within this range.

How to check if it will fit

You can check finger size using one of the methods below:

Option 1: Measure an existing ring

• Measure the inside diameter of a ring that fits well
• If the diameter falls between 16.5mm and 20.5mm, our adjustable rings will fit comfortably

Option 2: Measure the finger

• Wrap a strip of paper or string around the finger
• Mark where it overlaps
• Measure the length in millimetres
• If the finger circumference matches roughly 52mm–65mm, the ring will be suitable

If the finger is smaller than size 6

If the finger is smaller than a size 6:

• Our rings may feel loose even when fully adjusted
• If your size is 5, you can overlap the two sides of the ring to make it fit more snug 
• In this case, we recommend considering a bracelet or necklace instead

Helpful tips

• Adjustable rings should be adjusted gently to avoid misshaping
• Measure fingers at room temperature for best accuracy
• For gifting, adjustable rings are one of the safest options
