Things to check first

Please double-check the following:

• The code has been entered exactly as shown (no extra spaces)
• The code has not expired
• The code applies to the items in your cart
• The code is not limited to specific collections or products
• The minimum spend requirement (if any) has been met

Common reasons a code won’t work

• Discount codes usually cannot be combined with other offers
• Some codes exclude sale or discounted items
• Codes may be limited to one use per customer
• Custom or personalised items may be excluded from some promotions
